Martyna has significant experience in corporate law. She provides comprehensive corporate services to business entities, ranging from establishing companies, carrying out changes, through to assisting with mergers and transformations.
She is the Leader of the Aviation practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS. Martyna is also experienced in managing complex litigation cases that require expertise in a broad spectrum of legal areas such as contract law, corporate law, labour law, and real estate law. Among the wide range of cases handled by Martyna are disputes, in particular in the field of contractual penalties, withdrawal from contracts, and fees for additional and substitute work.
Before joining the firm, Martyna worked at a law firm where she successfully advised on numerous contentious legal matters while providing services to businesses.
