Professional Background

Petr is specialized in banking and financial law and also in mergers and acquisitions. He is the Leader of the Banking and Finance practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS.
He advised various Czech and foreign banks and financial institutions in regulatory, transactional and other legal matters, in particular Komerční banka.
Before joining the firm, Petr cooperated with the law firm Procházka, Randl, Kubr and acted for Česká finanční s.r.o, affiliated with the Czech National Bank. He was also a vice-chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Ekoagrobanka, a.s. from 1997 until 1999.
