Professional Background

Pavel is specialized in personal data protection, intellectual property, civil, commercial and labour law.
He provides comprehensive advisory services to Skanska, a construction and development group, part of the global concern Skanska with its headquarters in Sweden, among others, also with respect to copyright, including drafting contracts for work, licence agreements and other agreements connected with intellectual property in relation to Skanska real estate projects.
He also provides clients such as VKR Group, producer of VELUX roof windows, with advisory services on various matters related to general terms and conditions for sales of their products and related duties under Czech law.
Pavel has also provided services to clients such as L´Oréal and Samlerhuset Group BV, regarding their obligations in the area of personal data protection. He has provided legal assistance to a Danish company, a world leader in the area of immuno-allergology, including comprehensive review of the practice of the processing of personal data and its compliance with personal data protection legislation, and prepared for the client comprehensive documentation on personal data protection.
Prior to joining the firm, Pavel studied abroad and graduated from the University of San Francisco where he obtained an LL.M. in intellectual property and technology law. He gained his first professional experience in public administration.
