Professional Background

Markéta focuses mainly on civil, commercial, and labour law. She regularly assists French clients in CEE and CEE-based clients in need of legal assistance in France; she also coordinates several cross-border litigations.
Markéta is the Leader of the Family and Inheritance Law practice and the French Desk at PETERKA & PARTNERS.
Markéta began working with the firm in 2004, however, from 2007 to 2009, she was the head of the Office of the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic in Brussels, where she obtained vast experience in public administration and lobbying. After this, Markéta resumed her cooperation with PETERKA & PARTNERS in the autumn of 2009.
