Professional Background

Gabriela assists clients in corporate matters, including creating and dissolving companies and day-to-day agenda, and participates in coordinating corporate services for international companies to which the PETERKA & PARTNERS offices provide unified legal assistance.
Gabriela also advises on labour law matters. She mainly provides assistance to employers in establishing, modifying and terminating employment relationships, and determining internal rules and other internal processes.
Gabriela has been with the firm since the establishment of the firm and became a Partner in 2001. In her practice, she mainly focuses on corporate and employment law, and she is the Leader of the Corporate practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS.
She manages a large portfolio of clients from various industries, the commercial sector and the service sector, such as Ayming, Cockerill Maintenance & Ingénierie, Gano Excel, Yaskawa and others.
