Ondřej focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions and real estate.He became Partner of the firm in 2006 when he began to lead the Slovak office of the firm, which he did for almost four years. Ondřej is the Leader of the Real Estate practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS.
Ondřej is currently also active on the start-up market. He recently advised an investment fund J&T VENTURES GC SICAV, on several acquisitions of Czech start-up companies in different stages of development. He advised a US-venture fund on the Czech aspects of the acquisition of Mews, a provider of property management software for the hospitality industry.
He has acted as leading counsel for several major transactions in the real estate, and other sectors.
Ondřej assisted Skanska Property and Skanska Reality in connection with the acquisition, development and sale of several residential (several hundred apartments sold in total) and several administrative building projects in Prague. He advised TEFCOLD Group, a Danish producer and wholesaler of professional refrigerating and freezing equipment, in the acquisition of Nosreti Velkoobchod, a Czech and Slovak wholesaler of refrigerating and freezing equipment. He advised YCE HOUSING, a Finnish real estate fund, in relation to the acquisition and development of several residential projects in Prague, Czech Republic, and Bratislava, Slovakia. He acted on behalf of Vinci Group as one of three members of the consortium building a PSA (producer of the brands Peugeot and Citroen) car plant. He led the acquisition of a Czech software company, and of a Czech distribution company, by Konica Minolta.
Ondřej is also active in the Czech Bar Association where he became a member of the Bar Controlling Board.
He is a member of the jury for Vodafone "Nápad roku" ("Idea of the Year"), a Czech competition for start-up companies.
