The Kyiv office of PETERKA & PARTNERS has successfully defended the intellectual property rights of the client, before the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The dispute concerned, in particular, the ambiguous issue of the civil circulation and destruction of counterfeit goods suspended for release by the customs authorities due to infringement of trademark rights.
